GetLocAliasRefTypeDeadCount

GetLocAliasRefTypeDeadCount is the Alias version of GetRefTypeDeadCount. It returns the number of currently dead references of specified RefType in the location of the Alias passed to this function.

NOTE: This checks references whose Editor Location is the Location only. It does NOT check for things that have "wandered" into it from elsewhere.
