Syntax:

[RefID.]GetIsAliasRef RefAliasName

Example:

GetIsAliasRef Questgiver

Returns 1 if the reference is currently assigned to the specified Reference Alias.

Note that this function is only valid when used on a condition or script which is owned by a quest.
