IsInSameCurrentLocAsRefAlias

IsInSameCurrentLocAsRefAlias returns TRUE if the reference and the aliased reference each have current locations that are the same location, or their current locations have a parent location matching the supplied keyword. This is essentially the same as IsInSameCurrentLocAsRef but takes a Reference Alias as a parameter.
